Catherine Law published her first novel, A Season of Leaves in September 2008. This classic wartime romance unfolds in Cornwall and in Prague, and is based on the true story of her great aunt’s life during the Second World War. Catherine’s second novel, The September Garden, is set during the 1940s in the Chiltern hills around her Buckinghamshire home, and also in war-torn Normandy.

Catherine has been a journalist for over 20 years and works full-time on Homes & Gardens magazine, having first trained as a secretary at the BBC before attending the London College of Printing.She joined the RNA in 2010.
