Author A to Z

Fiona Ford is originally from Bath and now lives in Berkshire with her husband and two cats. She is a national freelance journalist and has spent the last 15 years writing gritty real-life stories, news and a smidgeon of celebrity tittle-tattle for newspapers and magazines.

As a journalist Fiona has worked across the globe, but extensively in the United States where she has covered the weird, wonderful and downright glamorous. She has also had the pleasure of ghost writing celebrity fiction and has often contributed to radio programmes to discuss her favourite books and writing process. More recently, Fiona has combined her love of history and romance to create her very own historical saga series for Orion.  She is also the creator of the bestselling Pug Like Percy series, under the pen name, Fiona Harrison for Harper Collins.

When she is not writing or researching World War 2, Fiona can be found running along the Thames Path, training for a half marathon of some kind and wishing she was sat on the sofa eating chocolate instead.
