Author A to Z

Melinda Hammond has had more than a dozen books (plus e-books) published in the UK, all set in the Georgian and Regency periods.  Melinda lives on the edge of the Yorkshire moors (Bronte country), where the stunning views of the Pennines from her study window are both an inspiration and a distraction.  When not working on a novel or attending RNA Committee meetings (and parties!), she divides her time between walking on the moors and chasing sheep from the garden. She also writes for Harlequin Mills & Boon as Sarah Mallory.

Melinda’s novel Dance for a Diamond won the Reviewers’ Choice Award from singletitles.com in 2005, and Gentlemen in Question was the Historical Novel Society’s Editors’ Choice in November 2006.
