Author A to Z

Anne Whitfield is an author of historical women’s fiction and modern romance novels, plus the odd short story. Her books are set in Yorkshire, England or Australia.

A love of historical fiction started at an early age and soon the stories in her head demanded to be heard. While researching for her hobby, genealogy, she began to write her first novel and the stories that had been company for years, suddenly became real on the page.

Anne is also active within the writing and reader community. She is a member of Romance Writers Australia and Romance Novelists Association UK.
