Author A to Z

Annie writes historical romance for Mills & Boon.  Her stories are usually Regencies, but she has also set one of her romances during the early Tudor period.

Annie grew up in Essex, attended Hull University where she gained a joint honours degree in English and Philosophy, and now lives in Cheshire with her husband and two children.

Her first published story, His Cinderella Bride was the top seller for the Mills & Boon’s historical line in 2007.

The only prize Annie has ever won was a poster for road safety when she was seven.  But since joining the RNA, she has entered the “Love story of the year” competition, every year, just in case!

It's a fact

The New Writers’ Scheme is the only one of its kind run by published authors for the unpublished. In 2009, 13,652,266 words of love were submitted in the New Writers' Scheme
