Jo Beverley is the author of over thirty historical romance novels, all
published by Penguin/NAL in New York. She is the recipient of numerous awards
including five RITAs,  the top award of the Romance Writers Of America. She is
a member of their Hall of Fame and Honor Roll.

Jo Beverley’s novels regularly appear on major US bestseller lists, including
the NYT. A Georgian novel, My Lady Notorious (Lady Notorious in the UK), has appeared on numerous lists of “best ever” romances. Her novel, Lord of Midnight received a starred review in Publishers Weekly,  which declared her “Arguably today’s most skillful writer of intelligent historical romance…”

Her works have been translated into many languages.

Jo Beverley was born and raised in England and then spent thirty years in
Canada. She has now returned to live in England.
