Author A to Z

Susie Vereker was born in England, in the Lake District, but has spent much of her life travelling around the world – first as an army officer’s daughter then as a diplomat’s wife. She has raised her three sons in Thailand, Australia, Greece, Switzerland and France, but is now settled a Hampshire village that has been her home – between postings abroad – for many years.

Susie’s travels have inspired her writing and adapting to change has been a theme throughout her books. She is the author of Pond Lane and Paris (nominated for the RNA/Foster Grant Award), An Old-Fashioned Arrangement (set in Geneva), Paris Imperfect and Tropical Connections
